I can imagine the beauty around that pond when the azaleas are showing off and bet the gardens are less peaceful then. Great substitute for going paddling, although I'm sure that would've been great too :)Carrie C.https://www.blogger.com/profile/07904027116034931818noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4309293625176086078.post-7173992872159759112017-10-13T22:11:08.499-04:002017-10-13T22:11:08.499-04:00I feel serene just reading about this place. Beyond being to salty, the food was greasy and worse, it smelled like rancid oil. The Asticou Gardens however put mind, body (including GI tract) and soul to rest. What a beautiful & serene garden yet right on a road, which although it was right adjacent to the garden, did not distract from the quiet, peaceful feeling of the place.Davidhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10739352885582343624noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4309293625176086078.post-24000881371167897032017-10-11T23:57:22.228-04:002017-10-11T23:57:22.228-04:00The Zen of the garden seems a much better choice t...The Zen of the garden seems a much better choice than fighting the wind on rough water.
