Emily likes it on french fries. Mark (Travis' husband), however, likes ketchup on mashed potatoes. Ewwwww. The visual of that is not appealing.Razzlehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02045062757481697590noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4309293625176086078.post-15394976776010537522015-11-14T22:13:28.082-05:002015-11-14T22:13:28.082-05:00If I were that cormorant, I would fall beak first ...If I were that cormorant, I would fall beak first off that sign into the water with a splat! Beautiful sunrises and sitting there by the water reading....one of my favorite things to do! Great photo of the crab- he/she does have nice markings. When Cody was alive, Jasmine would dig for the crabs and fling one up in the air and then Cody would eat it. I felt bad for the crabs but after Jasmine had flung them, they may not have been feeling well. The limpkin looks rather prehistoric. Love the deer- they are adorable! Enjoy the warm- it'll be in the low 30's here tonight. xxxoooRazzlehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02045062757481697590noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4309293625176086078.post-49559568095566710052015-11-13T17:58:15.144-05:002015-11-13T17:58:15.144-05:00What a day you had in the Keys, maybe too windy fo...What a day you had in the Keys, maybe too windy for now but I sure hope you can get into your kayaks pretty soon. I am enjoying all the shorebirds pictures! Your pics are making me want to come back to FL ...but not with the heat and humidity. Although here in Prescott, it is the opposite, we wake up in the high 20s and its 50'sh all day long. I sure missed those days that I can get up very early and enjoy solitude by the beach. I guess we can't really have it all. In addition I'll have to disagree with Heyduke on the crab too and I should have put both their names in the post. Yes the small one is a ghost crab but the large one is known as the Great Land Crab here in Florida. The mangrove crab is a small black tree crab which we've seen many times. I'll try to include him in another post. They stayed at Bahia Honda a lot, fishing like Bill and Nancy. I remember talking to her about it, I think I remember her saying they used to have to wait in line early in the morning to get the open sites when their current reservation was up. This was all prior to the internet of course :-). They always had wonderful memories of staying there. We hope eventually we'll be able to stop this working thing and hang out down there for awhile!
